Damn I still love that car.

Reason it hasnt been out.....Steering again and U-Joints were beyond worn out...we didn;t even know how the drive shaft didnt fall out.

Also if the Rain holds out tonight I'll be going to Midnight Madness at Gateway Motorsports Park. So if any STL OPPO's wanna meet me there I'll be hopefully racing my '08 Mustang V6 and taking a lot of photos. I'll be wearing the Like a 302 Shirt from blipshift if I do go.

Try going two years. My 68 sat for two years tracking down electrical gremlins. still need to pull the hurst shifter linkage and get it either rebuilt or replace it. It's worn and has a hard time getting into reverse

Ehh trying to preserve it. The car only has 36,000 original miles.

Oh. Well then. My Torino is mostly Original but it was rebuilt motor and repainted in the 90's

I've had to rebuilt the original motor due to a backfire on the highway shredding all the teeth of the distributed gear. And I've had it painted because it was every color but one. But the interior has never been touched, the tranny and rear have never been touched.
